unique, high-quality custom items just for you. To ensure a smooth experience,
please review our policies below:

1. Air Bubbles: Please be advised
   that small air bubbles may appear within your cup due to the shipping process.
   These bubbles are a natural result of handling during transit and are not
   grounds for replacement. In fact, the presence of these bubbles helps cushion
   your cup during shipping to prevent other types of damage.
2. Damages and Replacements: Each
   item is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a cup with
   a genuine manufacturing defect (such as leaks, improper sealing, or decal
   issues), we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. Decals are
   not sold separately.
3. Shipping-Related Issues: Creatively
   Crafted by Ty is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.
   For any concerns related to shipping, such as lost or damaged packages, please
   contact USPS directly to file a claim.
4. All Sales Are Final: Due to the
   custom-made nature of each item, all sales are final, and we are unable to
   offer refunds. We hope you love your unique piece as much as we enjoyed
   creating it!
